After you see some more of this sweet newborns photography session, you will be surprised that the first part of her photoshoot she was wide awake and making mommy nervous that she wouldn’t sleep. But I knew the battle of falling asleep would be fought and I knew who the winner was going to be… It was going to be her mommy having tons of beautiful newborn photos to choose from! Here she is before she finally gave in…Almost as if she is sticking her tongue out at me. Haha!!

Sweet Mary has such a loving disposition, much like the newborn session with Mason from yesterday. She was so quiet and so adorable, even more quiet when she was in a deep newborn slumber! She gave us a good fight… With big long yarns and even sleeping with one eye open before she finally zonked out for the remainder of her newborn session.

 

She has beautiful olive skin that allowed me to break out the bolder and cooler colors in addition to the neutral softer colors. There wasn’t anything I put on her that didn’t look amazing. Only a week old, she is still tiny but is back up to her birth weight. Again, it’s hard to believe being that she was such a good sleeper. Mommy did tell me she likes to be wide awake to party at night.

Mary was so quiet when we had her newly promoted big sister in the studio for the first portion of the newborn session. Her big sister is still getting used to the new role. She sure is curious about her big sister but wasn’t feeling too many pictures in her new role.

As always it is difficult to pick just a few pictures to show in the sneak peek, but here are a few. I can’t wait to share the gallery with her excited mommy!
